There will be changes in operation of public transport, parking lots and customer service centres during Easter holidays

"Rīgas satiksme" informs that there will be changes in the operation of public transport, parking lots and customer service centres, as well as in the usage of workday monthly tickets during Easter holidays on April 3-6.

On April 3 (Friday) and April 6 (Monday) Riga public transport (trams, trolleybuses, and buses) will run according to holiday schedules. Minibuses will run according to Sunday’s schedule on April 3, 5 and 6 and according to Saturday’s schedule on April 4.

The traffic of the night transport will be organised in the night of April 3/4 and April 4/5. We also remind that tickets in the night transport are only sold by drivers; the ticket price is EUR 2.00.

Those passengers who have bought workday monthly tickets should take into account that these will be invalid on April 3 and 6.

On April 2 all customer service centres will be open from 09:00 till 19:00, except the customer service centre located at Brīvības Street 49/53 (in the former premises of "Rīgas modes"), which will be open on this day from 08:00 till 17:00. For customers’ convenience, on April 3 and 4 all customer service centres will be open from 10:00 till 16:00, except the customer service centre located at Brīvības Street 49/53 (in the former premises of "Rīgas modes"), which will be closed on this day. On April 5 and 6 all customer service centres will be closed.

On April 3, 5 and 6 municipal parking lots in Riga city, which are managed by "Rīgas satiksme", will be available for free, except the underground car park located next to the House of Congresses, where parking will be for pay. On April 4 parking services will have to be paid for as usually on Saturdays.
